pointless to buy an insurance from Easyjet

It is completely pointless to purchase an insurance from Easyjet. I filed a claim, provided all information and all the documents requested. No response. Contacted their useless customer service. Never heard back from them. It is a rip off. They just take the money and that's it. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
