Avoid This Company!!

My parents took out an equity release on their property ten years ago. Now they have both passed away, I have the house to sell and obviously pay the loan off. I have kept More2Life informed almost from day one but they insist on treating me like someone who is trying to avoid paying them! I absolutely am not and if I was, I would not be being so open with them! The latest is they are saying the loan must be paid within six months of my Dad’s death! I have the original contract, signed by my parents, and there appears to be no such clause. Surely they must be used to this sort of situation and the fact that there is no money until the house is sold. I've had no compassion and no understanding, just repeated hoops to jump through.
