I have been using Chase's Saving, Current (2 years) & Credit card (3 months) services and absolutely pleased with the services level of both the App and CS support. Payment Notification never works

Dumb mobile app. Never give me spending notification liked the other services provider. Feel liked very insecure, I am moving all schedule payment to other cards and will freeze this card. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024
