You want people to get paperless statement but you don't even have a system to provide one year statement to view online for credit card. Then charge a fee for statements over 6 months ago and even delay to provide documents for paid customers, one of the worst banking service i ever experience. I wont use your bank anymore. Please provide the bank statement as agreed on your term and condition. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2024
