Loyality does not pay

After being a loyal customer over many many years they have given notice to terminate my credit card citing "business strategy" as assessed by the Risk & Marketing team. They refuse to give a specific reason and I must conclude it is because I always settle in full every month thereby avoiding any interest charges. Happy to have extortionate interest charges although not happy when customers avoid them. Reviewed on: 4th December 2024
