Review of the CrowdProperty, Peer to Business Lending:

Do not invest your money here !

I have been investing with CrowdProperty for about 5 years. Over that period my annual return has been about 3%. The risk management assessment for loans seems very bad. Many loans are well overdue their estimated end date or have resulted in capital losses. I wish I had never invested on CrowdProperty. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026

Loss of capital invested

Overall, poor experience with this platform. The returns offered to investors (currently 8-9%) are not good enough given the high LTV of loans and the significant loss of invested capital on defaulted loans. I would advise others not to invest on this platform. Reviewed on: 31st December 2024
