Non-functional App. Non-existent customer service

We have had Aviva for around 10 months and all was well. In the last two weeks we have tried to book a doctor’s appointment and found the app non-functional. Two calls and numerous emails have resulted in nothing, just broken promises. A doctor’s appointment was arranged by email and Aviva even suggested emailing pictures of the ailment to a generic email address and then the email would be passed on to the doctor. This is a medical insurer? Really? Reviewed on: 10th February 2025
