Absolutely awful insurance company.

Absolutely awful insurance company. Cancelled a month and a half before my policy ended, and they charged me an astronomical amount. I told him I wasn't happy, and he proceeded to say he wasn't sure as to why that price was so high for the cancellation fee. Told me he would get the team to look into it, did they bother? Nope. They didn't, didn't even say anything back from that and no explanation or nothing. So, I set up a payment plan, and I had issues with my bank, causing me to miss a couple of payments. I made a few payments up, contacted them prior to this and explained that I had issues, and they told me its been sent to the debt collection agency, even though i made contact with wise driving!!! The policy time is completely wrong on what the debt collection agency have and they don't even have my address right either. They also slapped another 20 quid onto the bill because of this. When I rang them earlier, they were beyond rude, completely ignorant. Do not bother with this company, their prices are ridiculous and the customer service is disgusting.
