Overall service is good but I have an unresolved issue

Overall service is good, I have an issue where I can't use my PIN in an ATM and despite numerous calls to CS and 2 new cards, they have not been able to resolve this Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

Good discount scheme.

Good discount scheme. I use it for mostly my supermarket shops, it did offer Amazon discounts at one time which got lots of use. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025

Best cashback and great CS

Customer service are fast to respond, polite and responsive although I've had problems beyond their ability. The cashback rate is one of the best on the market Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
