Difficult to deal with, little product transparency

Very difficult to deal with, customer services don't give the right information, thus wasting time and instigating numerous contacts. Online access is limited and information is hard to find with little product transparency. They still send things by post which slows everything up. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Straightforward banking for straightforward people
