Review of the Aviva, Health Insurance:

No respect for their customers

Yes another painful attempt to use my Aviva health insurance which is paid for by my company. They can't assess me for 3 days, I've already been in pain for 4 days. What's the point? These folk will do anything to avoid paying out - they frustrate you, run down the clock and make it difficult to access care. I've yet to have a trouble free claim with them.
