I love dealing with Nationwide.

I love dealing with Nationwide. Not only do you get to speak to a human being on the end of the phone but each year they offer a Fairer Pay scheme where they give their members £100 which I think is fabulous given that interest rates aren't the best. To open an account is very simple and can be done online and transferring money is equally just as straight forward. I've been with them for years and wouldn't have it any other way. Good customer service. Helpful staff and felt listened to. Pedro was excellent and would recommend to friends and family. Sometimes slow in answering calls but they are a busy centre so to be expected. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
