Process is made so easy by the girls on the phone. I struggle with filling out forms so I always give a call to put my loan app in and they make the process pain free. All the girls are lovely but big shout out to Jenny as she talks you through everything. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

I love that i am always saving

I love that i am always saving, even when I have a loan with ECU. Also the different types of savings you can have is brilliant, different products to suit all my needs. All staff members are extremely helpful and a joy to be around when you go into branch. Your treated like a real person and feel like you are listened to. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
