I have been saving with HEY Credit Union for nearly 3 years and I have managed to save quite a bit. I have a savings account as well as a Christmas savings account. I put money into them both on a regular basis. The savings account I do not touch, but the Christmas account I transfer the full balance to my son (who also has a savings account) in the December, as I want to encourage him to save too. He has never withdrawn any funds in the two years I've been doing this so it's working well. The interest I get from these two accounts is slowly increasing as my savings grow. I am happy with my return so far too. The staff are wonderful and help with any inquiry I may have. In the future I may need a loan and HEY Credit Union will be the first place I go. I would be confident they would give me the best advice on paying the loan back, how much I could borrow and just any other information I need. I will continue to use HEY Credit Union for all my saving needs as I trust them and they make every transaction easy and stress free. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

A Credit Card that helps improve your Credit Score.

I opened a credit card account as I wanted to improve my credit score and have better security when buying items on line. I was accepted straight away with a decent credit limit. I pay it fully every month and slowly my credit score is improving. The app is excellent to navigate with all the information you need to manage your account in one place. I really have not had to liaise with customer service but when I have, my queries have been resolved fully and with ease. A decent credit card that does what it says on the tin. My Go To Place For a Loan ....

I've been saving with credit union now for 2 years and have even started saving for my son two. The staff are competent and very helpful. I have not applied for a loan as yet but I've got enough saved to perhaps qualify for one. When I need to apply for a loan HEY Credit Union will be the place I go to as I am very happy with the service I already receive from them. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
