Hospital charged me a fortune, it was like a fraud, Aviva didn't provide the requested information, proof of payments they did, invoices from the hospital they received, they just do not want to really help you. They make you jump through so many hoops, I've phoned many times and it's always a bad experience. If it wasn't for my work i wouldn't have used them, now i need to pay about 1000k in total for just a simple health issue i had, cash back companies, are far better than Aviva.
