Having the new Issue of changes agreement sent.

I have been with Vanquis for over 11 years, and they...

I have been with Vanquis for over 11 years, and they have always looked after me until recently, last year I required a bridging loan which was aproved and could have given it to me by increasing my credit limit by £3000 but instead offered me £5000, being responsible I excepted the £3000. After a week no money arrived, so I rang them to find they decided to not lend any more money at this time, but did not contact me to say this. So I drew out some funds and PAID THE FULL BALANCE OF MY CARD OFF, ton show that I needed the money for a purchase, and I am still asking why not only did I not receive the loan but they dropped my CARD SPEND TO £100 FROM £3000. NO EXPLINATION. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
