Abysmal breakdown services and Customer Services

We had cause to use the breakdown service last winter when my wife’s car broke down at the local hospital. My wife explained to the contact that she was eighty years old and needed prompt service. Despite a number of telephone calls back to the office it was about 4 hours before the mechanic turned up, with evidence that he had only been contacted 20 minutes earlier, they raised a complaint but we never heard another word from them. It is for that reason that when renewal came up I immediately contacted them telling them to cancel the policy about 7 days ago, I have had no response from them and they have renewed the policy without permission. There is no way to speak to an actual person except for forms you fill in and get not response. DO NOT USE THIS company, they are terrible. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
