Very poor administration and customer service

Requested a new savings account but to be sent the interest from my existing account. Despite giving written instructions and a phone call also told my request would be actioned. They failed to follow my instructions and I had to cancel the account. To make matters worse they sent me a cheque rather than electronic transfer unlike the other three providers I was with. Woeful administration and glacier like slow responses. Find a better financial institution. Reviewed on: 14th May 2025
