Useless service. Save your money.

Paid @ProtectYourBubble £9/mo for 8 yrs (£864!), one claim in 2018 which was next day replacement. now my Galaxy S21’s broken screen isn’t covered—offered a replacement for my old 2018 Note 8 for a £50 excess and wait 4 days for repair check! Useless insurance, save your cash! #ProtectYourBubble #InsuranceScam Update: thanks for the reply Complaint Reference: 261061300525 Update: 6/6/25 So still heard nothing off them. Had to buy a new phone because I couldn't wait. Useless. Update: 11/6/25 Yes I got the final response which was insultingly dismissive as such a long standing customer. You've taken my money, given me nothing for it when I needed you, and I will indeed be taking this up with the financial ombudsman. Your product is not fit for purpose. Reviewed on: 11th June 2025
