Put £1100 English to euro on card.

Put £1100 English to euro on card. Arrived in Spain on holiday, tried to use the card in 3 different premises only to be declined payment. My account says there is money on card. Have spoke with CS 3 times now, and they keep advising me card is active but account has been blocked by tui for some reason. So now stuck in spain with no money. Nice one guys very appreciative.
