Beyond useless!

This card/app is close to useless - it is impossible to sign on without multiple attempts & resetting of passwords. Constantly! Once you actually make it onto the app, it is equally impossible to top the card up. I've completely lost the will to live with it & now I'm finding it equally impossible to cancel.
