Been with them for 2 years and never had use them until Sunday 20th July 2025 too which I had personal and national cover. When I broke down I contacted them explained car couldn't be moved due to a snapped coil spring they told me national cover only covers recovery to a local garage were you broke down but told them my certificate of recovery policy says I can be taken to a destination of my choice, they then refused to take me , wife, 2 small grandchildren and a dog home and left us stranded with no way of getting home. This company I believe is a legal scamming company take your money then refuse you the help you've paid for. So please please stay well clear of this cowboy company you have been WARNED STAY CLEAR.
