I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Curve. • I tried to downgrade my subscription before renewal, but the app would not let me. Despite clearly stating I did not wish to continue, they still charged my card £179. • Their customer service is terrible – messages take days (if they reply at all), and urgent issues are ignored. • The Curve card itself is unreliable. I couldn’t even use it for TfL for months until I replaced it with another card. I always have to carry a backup card just in case Curve fails. • The lounge access benefit is misleading – you still have to pay, so it’s worthless. Overall, Curve has been more of a headache than a help. The service is unreliable, support is poor, and the advertised “benefits” don’t justify the cost. I definitely would not recommend, and I am moving away from Curve entirely. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
