This company is an absolute JOKE.

This company is an absolute JOKE. Been with them for almost two years. They have no consideration for their clients. Have left me stranded for over a month, to finally have my car towed to the proper garage, yet they lost my vehicle during transfer. Nobody knew where my car was. Told by insurance company that it was not delivered due to the garage being closed, which was false, as my vehicle was delivered, yet nobody knew where it was. Due to their incompetence, I have been without a car for over a month, and missed our garage apt, so now we have to wait another three weeks for an open apt. Meanwhile, my spouse, who has Pancreatic Cancer has now missed oncology apts which are two hours away and the insurance just says they'll document it in my complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH GO-GIRL. YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM. SKY NEWS and the IMPARTIAL has been contacted and we will be bringing this to the media. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, especially a paying client. We purchase Insurance as a piece of mind, yet GO GIRL has seriously impacted our Mental Health, which is more exasperated due my spouses Cancer Condition.
