TSB business act as a business blocker for SME’s

I’d agree with other reviewers that TSB’s compliance is not fit for purpose. I had an account with them which always had a significant balance, all fees were paid in a timely manner. I would get a ridiculous amount of compliance demands even though I’d already supplied the information requested. I eventually put in a formal complaint pointing out that they’d done nothing to assist our SME and had an acted as a business blocker rather than an enabler. They promptly closed my account.
