They send you big shiny images in your email ‘silver package’ ‘upgraded package’ ‘courtesy car included’. Horse *****. Read page 156783 of your policy wording and you dont get anything if your car is written off… i NEED A COURTESY CAR EVEN MORE IF MY CAR IS WRITTEN OFF!!!! Stay away from this usual insurance scam!
