Post Office Travel Insurance: If I could give this company a zero, I would. Do not use this company unless you want to be given the runaround; be asked for multiple bits of paperwork over a six week period and then after submitting it all be told you had done it wrong or incompletely; be handled by 8+ different people, none of whom have all of the relevant paperwork that they have asked for; have it be implied that you are trying to game the system when you increasingly have the impression that they just do not want to pay out. Save yourself having to get a Xanax prescription and pay a bit more to another company instead. Reviewed on: 5th December 2025
