Nationwide digital banking is completely hopeless.

Their digital banking is completely hopeless. And their customer service staff nearly as bad. We have tried for three days to withdraw our own funds. Having spent hours on the phone and on customer chat services, we still can't access our money. It seems - a digital bank - is going to rely on the Christmas and New Year post to deal with us.
