Glorified loan sharks preying on the elderly and vulnerable!! And when your loved ones pass away they will make every process long and almost impossible and in the mean while continue to add interest on to the account and when it’s 1000£ a month and they are postponing and dragging heals for 9 months this is seriously adding up ! They have taking months to sort a responses and then saying house is being sold for too less and sending in their own evaluation people adding on more time and then there isn’t enough to cover their shark loan!!
