Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! All good till we raised a claim. No communication from their side, just a general email sent once. I had to send documents and call every time as they were not able to see them until I got as questioning. They want all documents ever! Delaying me for months and closing my claim every time as they said they need more notes from my dentist. AVOIDE! Money paid on insurance till now would have paid my treatments without all this stress from their side Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
