Nationwide resolved a scam by a company abroad.

I got scammed by a company abroad. Nationwide detected the issue very quickly and reimbursed me quickly. It was all very smooth and I felt very supported and reassured, that I being protected by a banking department who knew exactly what they were doing. When I first suspected a problem, I assumed it would take weeks to resolve. It took 36 hours which pleasantly surprised me! Reviewed on: 29th March 2026
