Take your money, ignore you if you have an accident

My son paid £1000 for insurance through Ingenie. After 9 months, his car was hit by someone at a roundabout. Ingenie were absolutely no help whatsoever and wouldn't even reply to letters. At renewal time, they just emailed to say they wouldn't quote for a further year's insurance. All they want is your money - no service or assistance whatsoever. Reviewed on: 16th April 2019
