Disgraceful company, will do anything to not pay out...

Disgraceful company, will do anything to not pay out for a genuine claim. Our dog had surgery in 2022 but it was noted his ears needed cleaning. Because this was noted they are refusing a legitimate claim because the vet cleaned his ears and this constitutes he had a pre-existing condition for allergies !!! Our pet was treated for an itchy stomach and paws. AVOID this place if you want assurance your pet is genuinely covered. Our first claim in two years, these are the worse insurance company and culture ive come across in 55 years. Totally rogue and underhanded robbers. Look at other reviews to confirm their underhanded tactics to refuse claims. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
