The company agreed the cancellation fee with me 31/0...

The company agreed the cancellation fee with me 31/01/26, as I was still on phone they took £50.00 extra from my bank account, I told the him to return it straight away that's not what I agreed to, after being on hold for long time he admitted he can't return it. Then I spoke to a manager called jody who apologised, but went on to say the agent who took money needs more training ect, but again have to wait til she called me Monday, she left message to call her for the refund of £50 also £50 compensation, she didn't answer, I rang the company they said jody will call tomorrow! All this stress they have caused still no positive outcome. My advice to other people is this company can not be trusted from agents, to customer complaints Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
