I wanted to transfer my ISA to a new savings bank with good interest and be able to draw out money without notice and no loss of interest Now with Tembo money i can draw the interest every month to top up my pension with no penalty's and there customer service is also top notch you get a answer to email queries the same day Just wish they did banking they would be great at it Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

When i was looking for a new ISA provider I looked around at a lot of banks and different financial institutes for a safe place for my money and settled on Tembo I asked each of the banks and others some questions Tembo was the only one that replied on the same day the most vital question was could I access my money it the event of a cash emergency the answer Yes and with no loss of interest and give me plenty of other options as well so i was happy to let them look after my very hard earned cash Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
