Account Name Does Not Reflect My Legal Calling Name

I have experienced ongoing issues with how my first and second given names are handled. I am originally from Germany, where it is common to use one’s second given name as the calling name. This is the name I have always used in my personal and professional life. However, the bank only recognizes my first given name, and all documents, communications, and business interactions reflect my first name rather than my second (calling) name. This has caused repeated confusion, especially in dealings with clients. Although I have raised this issue multiple times and received initial support, the process stalls due to internal policies, and no resolution has been implemented.
