Not my favourite mortgage.

I have a nationwide mortgage. On enquiring with them about working from home. They made it so difficult. Write a letter. Deliver it to branch. Get no reply. Send another. They reply no, without even finding out additional information. Very unhelpful when people need to work. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I enjoy my credit card. It is reliable. Sturdy. Has offers when i log in and need them. Its helpful with it being in the app with other providers too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I recently got pickpocketed for my mobile.

I recently got pickpocketed for my mobile. The insurance offered with reward current account was insufficient. Replace for the same refurbished phone or a different type if they don't have that type. And it could take time to organise re: needing the IMEI which was gone with the stolen phone, tricky to get and give. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I used to enjoy my barclaycard.

I used to enjoy my barclaycard. They stopped sending me deals for a while which was unhelpful. Then they wrote to me to say they wanted to increase my limit. Send a text to just get it done now instead of waiting for the date. Then on sending the text, declined it! That is stupid! It was their idea! Then eventually they did give the increase anyway.
