Heavy handed tactics

I was made redundant two years ago some three years after I started my loan - i never got more than a month behind - Spring have added charges within days of a late payment and have now made threats to send somebody round at further cost because my payment was four days late! This is prior to possession proceedings for a less than four day late payment - by the way payment was made by cheque as had lost my bag and phone with it - thankfully on the train and handed in intact. Spring are not a company I would touch - stay away - high interest and dreadful treatment of a customer going though a hard time - course they have already most of the interest paid leaving the loan to be paid still - have paid around £10000 but the loan is still only £2000 less than at the start.
