Arrogant man from the disputes team

Arrogant man from the disputes team told me they couldn't look into my chargeback claim, gave a list of excuses culminating in my evidence not being good enough. When I asked for a comment on the evidence that I attached, he didn't even know what I had given proving he didn't even look at it, then raised his voice at me when I caught him out, Idris Elba wannabe.
