Review of the Acorn Community Bank, Loans:

I do NOT recommend!!!

My company’s Credit Union was merged with Acorn Community Bank, and we were assured that everything would remain as smooth and straightforward as before. What a surprise I had when I applied for a small loan! They carried out a hard credit check and bombarded me with what felt like hundreds of intrusive questions—as if I were applying for something far more serious than £300. The whole experience made me feel like a criminal rather than a customer. I’ll be avoiding this bank as much as possible from now on, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone.
