Unacceptable Service

Jet Blue Card - Barclays Unacceptable Service – Closing My Account I am beyond frustrated with Barclays and the level of service I have received. My concerns were repeatedly ignored, and I can no longer trust them with my finances. As a result, I am closing my account immediately. I will also be sharing my experience across social media to warn others about the poor service and lack of accountability. Barclays needs to take serious steps to address these issues and treat their customers with respect. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
