I am in business for 18 years in that time I applied...

I am in business for 18 years in that time I applied for help in 2020 for a roof problem I then was put on to konsileo insurance I never in the two years I was with them had a problem until last August when a major storm blew off my roofs I gave them al the information and assumed I was insured but not Konsiles they refused me blank and said it was wear and tear I am 75 years of age and in and in an awful state as where am I to get money to do this big job I am loosing business daily but no so if was wear and tear why did i not claim the year before I am in a awful state worring even if they said they would help me with it but no as I said this would be my second claim from Insurance companies in seventeen years do I sould like someone that is telling lies and it hit the whole town I live in this famous storm but everybody got paid but me Konsileo a lady that making sure nobody else will be taken to the cleaners the worst I have ever seen Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
