Wanted £57.85 for bringing broken motorbike back

my daughter was out for a ride on her motorbike and it broke down termainly she was 20 miles away and because she said she was out for a ride and going to stop at a cafe on the way they would only take her to the cafe and leave her there with the broken bike unless she paid a extra £57.85 to bring her home even thiugh we have national cover, disgusting they would leave a young female at a cafe with no way of getting home, I complained and was told that the cafe was her destination so thats where they would leave her, company policy I was told. stay away from and use RAC or AA Reviewed on: 15th May 2026
