Review of the TSB, Personal Loan:

Little to no value

After 15 years with the bank, a healthy financial situation built from the ground up (and being myself a Senior worker in the Finance industry) and the day I applied for a personal loan, it was declined. I appealed the decision with rationales and a request for justification about the decline and unfortunately, to my surprise, had the decision/decline confirmed with the following 'shocking' statements in the letter attached: "I am unable to give you a specific reason as to why your application did not successfully pass", "For business reasons, the bank does not divulge the way in which our system calculates a decision".
