Mutuals business account was closed with little notice!

Mutuals society business account was closed with no reason given (we are a successfully trading club). They also did not give enough time to research and open an account with a different provider and would not give an extension - we were left without a business bank account for three weeks with no real reason and apparently no way to complain to the bank or raise the issue further - Their communication has been poor regarding those holding access to the account and mistakes were made by them when changes needed to be made causing issues. It turns out they knew there was an out of date address on the account - flagged when mail was returned but failed to inform anyone actively using the account so this could be corrected.
