Amazing - competitive rates & great customer support

Easy to set up, just the right amount of paperwork to not be overwhelming but to keep you informed and they really guide you through the process. This was my first solo mortgage application, so it could have been overwhelming but their advisors really helped to make things clear and easy as possible. The application process and the mortgage offer were completed very quickly and the rate offered was very competitive compared to other high street providers. Great to be able to make flexible overpayments, either one off, or a monthly overpayment with no penalties up to 10%. Easy to keep track of the mortgage balance on the app and has been a very easy, drama free process. Any queries have been answered very quickly by customer service and I would 100% look to remortgage when my fixed rate term runs out. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026

Gives me a bit of financial wiggle room each month

Pay in 3 gives me a bit of financial wiggle room. It's great for spreading the cost of a larger purchase, enabling you to budget, without the need for lengthy credit checks, time consuming loans and checks impacting your credit score. I genuinely use it a lot, and find it really helps me to manage larger purchases effectively. Great when you really need something asap, but haven't got the entire purchase price up front - It's really easy to keep track of upcoming payment dates too. Absolutely recommend to anyone who just needs a little more time and to spread the cost. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
