I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Virgin Money regarding a recent transaction. The handling of my funds was unexpected and caused serious concern. I strongly advise customers to monitor their accounts closely. The communication I received from staff was inconsistent, unclear, and at times appeared misleading, which significantly worsened the situation. This matter has been formally raised, and I am awaiting a full and proper resolution. I expect a higher standard of transparency, accuracy, and professionalism.
