This cowboy insurance company would not pay out when...

This cowboy insurance company would not pay out when my dog developed epilepsy, they said after months of investigating our claim and liasing with vets and their reports etc said it was a pre existing condition, our vets disputed this. Suffice to say we cancelled our policy with them shortly after. We had to pay £2,000 to the veterinary hospital. Absolutely disgusting company look at trustpilot reviews so many people saying the same thing they are happy to take your premium but will never pay out when you make a claim.
