Avoid Perfect Pets at all costs.

Avoid Perfect Pets at all costs. My dog was injured by a car when he managed to get out of the house and whilst he was fine they refused to cover the x-ray costs citing he wasn't secured. It seems they will do everything to avoid paying out, especially after reading the rest of the reviews here. Aside from the above, their claim process is stuck in the past, paper forms to fill in and scan/fax back. If you do nothing else for your Pet avoid Perfect Pet, you might as well throw your money up the road. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
