Classic case of 'computer says nooo' !

Whilst the online ordering service was straightforward, the collection of my Euros was problematic. I received a confirmation email for my order which said I should provide the order number, photographic ID and the card used to purchase the currency when I called into the branch. I duly provided the information only to have the staff in the branch refuse to release the money as I could not produce a copy of the email! After going home to collect my phone and showing it at the counter to prove that it did not specify that as a requirement, the lady was unrepentant saying that her screen did. So either I was unlucky to be served by a supreme jobsworth, or TUI need to alter their advice to customers! It was rather ridiculous, as the email didn't provide any further information than I had already given. Just be sure to be able to produce a copy of their email on collection to avoid any hassle!
